Houston Nurses is a luxury service. We are here to offer a safe care in your home, hotel or Airbnb to assist clients with physical/mental recovery following outpatient cosmetic surgery procedures. It is important that you understand that Houston Nurses is not a substitute for medical care or hospitalization and, as such, if you choose to use our services it would be strictly a matter of convenience. Further, your medical care remains the responsibility of the surgeon who performed your surgery.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
- Deposit – A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to secure your reservation.
- Final Payment – Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you do not pay the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival you run the risk of losing your reservation and forfeiting your money. We will not remind you of when your payment is due so please take note.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES – NO EXCEPTIONS:
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book
- Reschedules 48 hours or less from the check-in date will incur a 15% charge of the total invoice
- Reschedules made in writing more than 30 days prior to arrival will be good for 1 year from the date of deposit.
- No refunds will be given for reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds or reschedules will be given for reservation no-shows.
- No refunds will be given if you are not able to have surgery on surgery day for any reason, however one free reschedule will be honored for up to 1 year from the date of deposit.
- No refunds will be given for reschedules turned into cancellations.
- No refunds will be given for unforeseen complications during surgery.
- No refunds will be given for natural disasters and/or U.S.A./Mexico Government travel restrictions, however one free reschedule will be honored for 1 year from the date of deposit.
- No refunds will be given if you want to change your package
